Overall condition is good. The enamel to the cover is moderately scratched, but is largely in good order, no cracks, chips or losses. Spring mechanism is in working order, opening smoothly and closing with a snap, however the cover does not sit completely flush. Some minor denting to the sides. Heavy scratching and wear to the sides and base. Moderate wear to the gilt interior. All hallmarks are crisp and clear.
