A George IV silver pair case pocket watch the round white dial with Roman numeral markers, set to a plain polished silver case, Marks for 'TC' (possibly Thomas Carpenter), London 1820, key wind fusee movement, engraved 'Chas Taylor Liverpool 1860', within a white metal and tortoiseshell outer case, 50mm wide, gross weight 91.3gms

Currently winds and ticks. Good working order.

Dial: Good, no cracking or chipping. Some speckled staining. All numbers in tact. Hands are slightly wonky. Small bubble in glass, some scratching to glass. Cover hinge is broken in one place, so is wonky. Signs of possible repair.

Case: Fair. Some signs of possible repair to the loop, which is wonky. Heavy denting to sides and top. Heavy scratching. Case closes securely.

Outer case: two cracks to the tortoiseshell to the front cover. Heavy scratching and wear. Some applied decoration missing.
