A Victorian silver gilt christening mug, Daniel and Charles Houle, London 1868, the scroll handle above a body with engraved border to the top, monogram and acanthus capped detail to the base section, upon a spreading circular foot, 8cm high, 5ozt, within an associated fitted 'IW & FB Thomas' case

Surface scratches and dents commensurate with age and use.
Tarnishing seen throughout, would benefit from a clean.
Gilt to exterior is worn.
Possible repair to foot rim, visible join to base.
Handle compressed a little into the body of the mug (see image)
Marks are a little worn to base.
Area of wear to thumbpiece of mug (see image)
