A Victorian mahogany and red leather captain's chair, the arched button back extending to padded arms upon ring turned supports over the sprung seat, raised upon a revolving mechanism and four cabriole down swept supports on castors, later re-covered, 84cm high

The front RHS spindle is not secured at the top rail which creates some play in the joint.
The revolving mechanism is secured to the underside by what appears to be a later brace.
The chair has been later re-covered, some minor scuffs and marks to the mahogany frame and supports.
