Fluted example: Heavy denting throughout, mostly concentrated to the highpoints of the decoration. There is a small split to one recess point on the body, with possible signs of repair in the same area. Scratching and wear throughout.

Oval example: Moderate denting to the body. Light scratching throughout. Moderate wear and loss of definition to the engraved detail, beaded borders and the hallmarks. No splitting or signs of repair.
