A cased pair of Victorian silver anointing spoons, Wakely & Wheeler, London 1898, each fig shaped bowl with gilt interior, cast knopped handles, each with engraved initials 'N.L' to reverse, each 18.8cm long, gross weight 2.99ozt
One spoon shows splitting, denting and possible repair between the handle and bowl (see pictures). Both show moderate loss of gilt to the bowls, and general scratching/wear commensurate with age and use. No other obvious signs damage or repair.
