A Victorian silver nutcracker and fruit knife, Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham 1888-1889, with foliate embossed handles, both 15cm long, within fitted case (at fault)

Hallmarks quite rubbed, hinges to both nutcracker and knife functioning, nutcracker with wear to the jaws, embossed relief to all handles also with light wear, surface scratching and pinprick dents, hinged cover to fitted box has come loose and will need to be more firmly adhered, wear throughout commensurate with age and usage.
