A George III silver salver, Richard Rugg I, London 1768, the circular salver with gadrooned and cast floral rim, raised on four ball and claw feet, 38.5cm wide, weight 45.75ozt
Polished patch to the reverse, approximately 18cm long, indicating that an inscription or detail has been later erased or removed. There is scratching and wear throughout, most notably on the plain surfaces. No large dents, splits or repairs.
